Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns. We do not hold inventory or stock because all items are made-to-order.

If you wish to make a correction on your order, please contact customer service within within 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends) of placing your order. Once the order is sent to the fulfillment centers, you can no longer cancel. 

It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order. There is a sizing chart available for each product so you can best choose your correct size. It is also of equal importance that you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order.

On the other hand, if we sent you the wrong order, kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can re-send you the correct item. In the instance of our error, you do not have to return the item. You can keep it as a gift.

Order Cancellation
Because all items are made-to-order, you can only cancel your order and ask for a refund within 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends) of placing your order. After that, your order will be sent to the fulfillment centers and you can no longer cancel it.

Refunds (if applicable) 

  • Late delivery or missing order: We only offer 50% refund after 45 days of placing order and full refund after 60 days of placing order.
  • Damaged for defective items: We accept replacements or full refund if you can give a photo proof within 10 days of delivery shown by the tracking website and your order's shipping label.

Please note that we typically do not accept refund requests due to customer error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, wrong shipping address, etc.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@afrodom.com.


Exchanges & Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 10 days after delivery (shown by the tracking website). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@afrodom.com with a photo proof.

Once we have approved the photo, we will send a replacement to you. You don't need to send the defected items back to us.
